Rooted in Rhythm is a hand-painted planter pairing inspired by the visual language of African art, pattern, repetition, movement, and connection.

Bold red and deep black travel across two distinctly shaped vessels through geometric markings, organic forms, lines, symbols, and repeating patterns. Although each planter carries its own composition, they were created to live together—the differences between them becoming part of the story.

One piece brings a rounded, sculptural silhouette with handles and intricate pattern work, while its companion introduces a taller form with bold bands and oversized organic shapes. Together, they create an impactful display even before a plant is added.

Designed for the person who believes the objects surrounding them should carry as much personality as the plants they hold, Rooted in Rhythm transforms functional pottery into collectible art.

Each piece is individually hand-painted and finished by the artist. Because planter inventory and vessel shapes may vary, future editions may feature slight differences in size, form, pattern placement, and detailing—making every set uniquely its own.
